 25 years working directly at the heart of manufacturing & engineering. 

Starting as an apprentice engineer with Nestle I've always been obsessed with improving how factorys operate & perform. At BMW, I spent an incredible decade learning how high-performing manufacturers develop systems and teams to deliver outstanding results and consistency . There I lead 700 people as GM producing over 2 million MINIs. We delivered major factory & product changes, introduced new processes and IT systems, embedded (Toyota) Lean Manufacturing, and built a genuinely outstanding team.

Results were step-changed across quality, capacity, utilisation & lead times, along with significant cost savings.

Most importantly team involvement, morale & ownership underpinned everything we achieved together.

 Since then I’ve worked across multiple manufacturing sectors. 

 Always with the goal to improve performance, build great teams, and deliver change.
